California Privacy Addendum
This Addendum applies to individual residents of the State of California and supplements the core Privacy Notice.
COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, SALE, AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please refer to Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the core Notice for a description of the categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we disclose, sell, or share personal information.
DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do share personal information with advertising partners for purposes of cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising at any time by:
- Submitting a request to privacy@spill.games; or
- Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal on your browser or device, which we will honour as a valid opt-out for that browser or device session.

MINORS
We do not knowingly or intentionally process the personal data of minors below the Applicable Minimum Age. Any personal data of a minor inadvertently received by us will be promptly deleted in accordance with our core Privacy Notice.
RETENTION
For each category of personal information we collect, we disclose the criteria used to determine how long it is retained: we keep each category for as long as your account is active and the category remains necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter only as required to meet our legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and security obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable laws of receiving your request. An authorised agent may submit requests on your behalf with written documentation.
